Summer 2025 is coming fast! And those bucket list water adventures aren’t getting any closer if you’re still hanging out on the shore. We’ve spoken with so many adults who finally decided to take swimming lessons because they were tired of missing out!

After these initial lessons, you’ll likely be comfortable:

  • Floating on your back without thrashing
  • Moving through water without touching the bottom
  • Treading water when you can’t touch
  • Getting back to a floating position if you go under
