Our Infant Swimming Resource™ (ISR) lessons are ideal for children ages six months and older. To improve motor memory, we recommend every ISR student swims five days a week. Geared toward young children, each lesson is only ten minutes and is always one on one, meaning we can break down the swimming basics in digestible bites while offering completely personalized attention and pacing. Most students master the ISR course in five to seven weeks. Tuition varies based on location –
LTS lessons are available to children at least four years old, or ISR graduates. Adults are also welcome. Each weekly one-on-one lesson lasts thirty minutes and focuses on stroke fundamentals and technique. Students benefit from the consistency of having the same instructor for the course duration. With the focused attention of a private lesson, the instructor can develop each student’s particular strengths and improve on weaknesses, whether the student is just starting out or has been swimming for years. Lessons continue until the student feels his or her goals have been achieved. Tuition varies based on location –
Young Masters (YM) lessons are for those who showed proficiency in the LTS program or who know the four basic swimming strokes. These group-based lessons gently introduce young swimmers to the fun and rigor of competitive swimming—without the commitment level required when joining a swim team. Each one-hour workout is conducted by qualified coaches who ensure everyone is progressing and being challenged. Students work on fine-tuning their strokes and improving stamina in a fun, safe environment. Tuition varies based on location –
