A Swim Family

We know competitive swimming is demanding. That is why we have built a program where every swimmer feels safe, seen, and supported on their toughest practice and their best meet.

When your child joins the Narwhals, they do not just get a coach. They get a team that challenges them to grow, celebrates every personal best, and shows up for each other like family.

What Makes Narwhals Special

Every part of the program is designed to develop stronger swimmers without losing the joy of being on a team. Athletes receive focused coaching, consistent practice opportunities, and an encouraging introduction to competitive swimming.

Not Quite Team-Ready? Start With Swim Team Prep

Swim Team Prep bridges the gap between one-on-one Learn-to-Swim lessons and the Narwhals competitive team environment. It is designed for swimmers who have developed foundational swim skills but need more experience participating independently in a structured group practice.

Training Readiness Skills

  • Group training skills and practice etiquette
  • Lane awareness, mechanics, and pacing
  • Interval-based swimming
  • Independence and focus during practice.

Swimmers build the training habits and confidence they need to transition successfully to the Narwhals Swim Team. Placement is based on an evaluation with a WeAquatics coach.
