Our students are taught accurate body positioning and how to be balanced in the water, which promotes increasingly efficient swimming. Our LTS lessons are tailored to each student, building on strengths and improving weaknesses. Our adult program follows the same curriculum. We ensure our students learn to swim all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). This positions students well should they choose to swim competitively in the future.
