6 months to 15 months: Children in this age group will learn to roll from a facedown position to an unassisted float.
15 months and up: Children in this age group will learn the swim-float-swim sequence.
4 years and up: Children in this age group or those who have already completed the ISR swim-float-swim lessons are ready for stroke work and traditional lessons. These lessons focus on developing proper technique and body positioning for swimming freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
