ISR focuses on survival skills for infants and toddlers ages 6 months to 4 years, with daily 10-minute sessions. Learn-to-Swim is for ages 4 through adults, with weekly 30-minute sessions focusing on stroke development and water confidence.
Every swimmer is different. ISR students typically master survival skills in one to two months. For Learn-to-Swim, basic water confidence can develop in a few months, while stroke mastery is an ongoing journey that varies by individual.
