Yes, we require a swimming test that assessses proficiency and familiarity with a few basic swimming strokes.
On Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we practice at Chinquapin Park Rec. Center in Alexandria, Virginia. On Tuesdays, we will practice at Trinity Washington University Center in Washington, DC.
Four times a week.
YM classes are one hour.
Students will fine-tune their swimming strokes and increase their overall stamina.
YM introduces students to the joy of competitive swimming—without the commitment level of joining a swim team.
Our recommended age range is four to fourteen years old.
Young Masters (YM) lessons are group lessons for our more comfortable swimmers between the ages of four and fourteen. YM is for those who know the four basic swimming strokes or who were proficient in our LTS class.
It’s a required certification for swimming instructors who teach infants.
ISR lessons are available to students six months to four years old.
While it’s OK to skip the occasional lesson, frequent absences can lengthen the process of forming muscle memory for your child.
Yes, ISR classes are one on one.
